As a result of our recent call for nominations and applications to fill an “at large” vacancy on the RTO7 board of directors, Ms. Kim Wingrove of Clarksburg has been appointed to the board of directors.
Kim has an extensive background in regional small business development, rural community development and municipal administration. Her experience includes design of investment retention and attraction strategies, marketing and promotion, government relations and communications.
