I was visiting Meaford for the Scarecrow Invasion festival, and noticed the heavy cloud formations and the hint of color just above the horizon. This part of the Georgian Bay shoreline around Meaford is comprised of large rocks, which serves as a protection again flooding and the ice breakup.
